Coraline Book By Neil Gaiman Review 📖

Coraline by Neil Gaiman is a good book I think because it is funny scary and good to read. I got my  book from the library but I need to return it on the 27 of January but I might get it renewed. the book is about a girl called Coraline who wants to explore but is ignored by her parents so she explores. She comes across a small door that is locked so she pesters her mum to open the door and when  Coralines mum opens it there is just brick. 

I have seen the film and it is ok but the book is better than the film and the book has so many things the film has not got  like the other mother is tall and thin in the book but in the film the other mother is like mother number 1 for the first how ever long.


 

#Walk1000miles Challenge

This year we taking part in the #walk 1000 mile challenge which  this means we are walking 1000 miles in one year so we are now one week into the #walk 1000 mile challenge. My total is 26.98 miles and I didn't think that I cud do it . ☺ hear is some of my favourite photos

Year Round Up

On February the 22nd I came out of school, and on the day that I came out I was going watching the good dinosaur with the home ed group. I all so went to flamingo land and wheel gates  

I have went  to the butterfly house and shepherds place farm.The best thing about being home ed is that I  can have purple hair , go round langold lake and doing cooking lessons.

 I have been to a couple of museums like Clifton park museum and the national railway museum.the  national railway museum is in York. I attended some stem sessions and I go to Monday group and Wednesday group nearly every week and do fun activity's like  making wooden spoons and  screen printing. I have went horse riding and gone to pools brook and Roche Abbey   

No Hunting

I think all hunting should be band because it is cruel it is endangering animals like  the rhino its being killed  for its horn the same with elephants but there being killed  for there tusks and is that fare  no it is not fare because in a few years thay mite  be extinct😬

 And I think people should stop cutting down trees because it is destroying monkey's home's 🐒 . And  killing tigers and leopards for there fur 🐅🐆.

Finding Dory

yesterday we went to see finding Dory. Dory  was on a quest  to find her parents Jenny and Charley. She made new friends and met an old freind : baily, destiny, hank, other tangs (dory's type)
also dory suffers from short term memory loss
 
hank helped dory escape quarantine  in exchange for her tag  but then she meat her freind  destiny .           Destiny is a wale shark   .  destiny,s naybor is  baily.  baily  is a bluegill wale.  destiny told Dory to go threw  the pipes and baily guided Dory oh did I mention  Marlin and Nemo was trying to save Dory but in the end Dory saved Marlin and Nemo anyway she found her parents . Hank was on a van to another aquarium but dory persuaded Hank to come back to the sea. hank is a septipus a  seven legged  octopus  .  octopus,s have three harts  
                                                         

Halloween

Yesterday it was Halloween  my sister baked cakes and biscuits we decorated the cakes and biscuits it was fun after  we did apple bobbing it was fun because I won then we played apple string I almost burst my lip but it didn't  hurt so I did the apple bobbing instead     

Infestation Of Ladybirds

We have a infestation of ladybirds in our back garden one of our conifers is coverd  . The  ladybirds are the beetle of the family coccinellidae, generally have red black or yellow with black ,red or white spots

Pizza And Weaving

yesterday  I went to Wednesday group with my friend Nikki we weaved two sticks to gather with wool we also made pizza my one had :  sweetcorn ,pepperoni ,and cheese .After that we played:pool  

  on the Wii and table tennis. When we went home I went over to my friends house for a couple of hours

Autumn At Shirebrook valley

On Monday we went to  shirebrook valley. We named trees and learnt how leaves decay .Leaves decay  by bugs like  slugs and snails eat the leaves and make a skeleton leaf

today we went to the park and played then we walked around  the lake I picked some black berries and we gave them to the chickens ( except the ones I ate)

First Day Of Autumn

  The first day of autumn is rely exiting because it means we are near to Christmas yay!   it is  warm here at the moment but we don,t mind  because it was raining in summer autumn
 is the third season of the year it  marks that summer is finished  and winter has begun  autumn last 89 days which is 3 months it also means that it will be Halloween soon .Halloween is on 31 of October I am looking forward to Halloween this year

My First Stem Session

a compel of days ago  I went to a stem session and made goo and learnt about polymers  I made a new friend called Kara  we lit a 20  pond note on fire it burst in to  flames and there were no ashes then we made goo my one is green with red glitter

HOW TO MAKE SLIME (GOO).

1. put 6 spoons of glue in

 2 put 5 spoons of  food  colouring in

 3. mix for 10 minis and add some borax in be tween 

me and Kara built a Tran station it was so big I built the Tran and put a person in it Kara built the  station .  I like my new friend .we put a tablet into water and the water trend ed and and we put salt in water and it just  sank to  the bottom then we put  a orby in a glass cup and it got bigger

Polymers are very large molecules made when many smaller molecules join together, end to end          the smaller molecules are called monomers in general ; lots of  monomers  molecules a polymers molecule. the  polymers formed are called addition  polymers.
